Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all customers entering the store with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Provide cordial, specialized service by identifying customer needs through effective questioning and recommending appropriate beauty and skincare products
  • Transmit comprehensive product knowledge to customers and stay current with market trends
  • Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional displays in accordance with Sephora guidelines
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions as required
  • Execute inventory controls and participate in stock quality assurance
  • Apply cosmetic and skincare products to clients during consultations
  • Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and actively seek additional professional development
  • Assist in training newly hired consultants
  • Identify store improvement opportunities and contribute to loss prevention initiatives
