Sephora hires Sales Consultant in São Paulo, Brazil – beauty retail role focused on customer service and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers entering the store with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide cordial, specialized service by identifying customer needs through effective questioning and recommending appropriate beauty and skincare products
- Transmit comprehensive product knowledge to customers and stay current with market trends
- Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional displays in accordance with Sephora guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions as required
- Execute inventory controls and participate in stock quality assurance
- Apply cosmetic and skincare products to clients during consultations
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and actively seek additional professional development
- Assist in training newly hired consultants
- Identify store improvement opportunities and contribute to loss prevention initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Adhere to Sephora operational policies, the LVMH code of ethics, and retail safety standards
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in retail or beauty sectors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Capacity to apply and demonstrate beauty products on clients
- Flexibility and availability for retail scheduling including potential evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to maintain professional grooming and dress code standards

Experience
Beginner level; retail experience and familiarity with the beauty industry are desirable but not required.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent. Foreign language knowledge is desirable.
