Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm while providing cordial, specialized beauty product guidance
- Identify customer needs through active consultation and recommend appropriate products and treatments
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with beauty market trends
- Uphold Sephora merchandising concepts, store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash handling procedures as assigned
- Participate productively as a motivated team member and support the onboarding of new consultants
- Contribute to inventory management, stock quality control, and loss prevention initiatives
- Comply with all Sephora policies, procedures, and the LVMH Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Identify and propose operational improvements while maintaining company cost discipline

Experience
