Sephora Sales Consultant role in São Paulo, Brazil – deliver beauty retail expertise and exceptional customer service at Ibirapuera location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate beauty products
  • Provide knowledgeable product consultation, conveying expertise in skincare, cosmetics, and related offerings
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora standards and merchandising concepts
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle cash operations as assigned
  • Participate actively as a motivated team member, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay informed of market trends and special store events
  • Complete inventory control and quality assurance tasks with accuracy and precision
  • Complete all training modules through My Sephora Learning and actively seek additional professional development
  • Assist in training new team members and contribute to loss prevention initiatives

Qualifications

  • Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
