Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, providing specialized beauty product consultation and tailored recommendations
- Assess customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to drive appropriate recommendations and sales
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with beauty market trends and competitor activities
