Sephora Sales Consultant position in São Paulo, Brazil—deliver beauty expertise and exceptional client service in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate beauty products
- Deliver specialized and cordial client service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora standards and procedures
- Execute point-of-sale operations and perform product consultations and applications as required
- Participate actively in team activities and contribute to a pleasant, organized work environment
- Complete My Sephora Learning training modules and pursue additional professional development
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock quality control and loss prevention initiatives
- Support new team members through training and mentorship

Qualifications
