Sephora São Paulo — Sales Consultant (full-time) at CDJ Shops Haddock Lobo; client-facing beauty role focused on product advice and store standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers proactively; deliver friendly, specialised advice to identify needs and recommend products.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; perform product applications and samples as required.
  • Operate the point-of-sale accurately and follow all store cash-handling procedures when authorised.
  • Maintain store presentation standards: merchandising, cleanliness, stock presentation and promotional concepts.
  • Support inventory control, loss-prevention programmes and daily operational procedures to preserve stock integrity.
  • Complete My Sephora Learning trainings and participate in ongoing professional development; assist in onboarding new consultants.
  • Contribute constructively to the team, propose improvements, and uphold LVMH group code of ethics and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years' experience in retail; prior beauty/cosmetics experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable customer-service and communication skills; organised and results-oriented.
  • Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions when authorised.
  • Availability and flexibility to work retail hours; adherence to company dress code and presentation standards.
