Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
  • Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Convey product knowledge to customers.
  • Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
  • Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
  • Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
  • Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's standards.
  • Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
  • Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
  • Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
  • Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

Skills

Customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Logical reasoning. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly. Ability to operate the point of sale system, if authorized. Ability to handle and apply products to customers. Availability and flexibility. Adherence to dress code. Consistent and reliable customer service.

Experience

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
