Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm upon their entry into the store.
- Provide cordial and specialized service to clients, identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to customers.
- Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose potential solutions.
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
- Maintain store appearance in line with Sephora's concepts and procedures.
- Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Strive to be a reference in the assigned area and participate in stock quality control.
- Ensure store safety standards are met and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Complete all tasks promptly and accurately.
- Engage in training programs and assist in the training of new consultants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
