Sephora Sales Consultant in Santa Catarina, Brazil – beauty retail role offering customer service and product expertise in a leading cosmetics retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm whilst providing cordial, specialized service
- Assess customer needs through consultative selling and recommend appropriate products
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to customers and communicate beauty trends
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product displays according to Sephora guidelines
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle cash management as assigned
- Participate in stock control and quality assurance activities
- Complete all assigned training modules through the My Sephora Learning platform and actively seek additional development
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security standards
- Support new consultants through mentoring and training
- Monitor competitor activity and participate in loss prevention programs
- Uphold LVMH Group ethics and conduct code at all times

- Secondary education or equivalent
- Customer service experience or retail background (preferred)
- Beauty or cosmetics industry experience (preferred)
