Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
  • Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
  • Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
  • Convey product knowledge to customers.
  • Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
  • Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
  • Maintain Sephora's product display, service, and event concepts at all times.
  • Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
  • Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
  • Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain store safety standards.
  • Be aware of special store events and competitor activities.
  • Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
  • Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
  • Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.
  • Assist in training new consultants.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
  • Capability to operate the point of sale system, if enabled.
  • Availability and flexibility.
  • Consistent and reliable customer service.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in retail or beauty.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
