Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve all customers with enthusiasm and provide cordial, specialized assistance
- Assess customer needs through effective questioning and recommend targeted beauty solutions
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate product benefits to clients
- Maintain store presentation standards, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora concepts
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle cash operations as required
- Participate in inventory control, stock monitoring, and loss prevention initiatives
- Complete all assigned tasks with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards
- Seek out and complete specialized training through My Sephora Learning platform
- Mentor and support new consultants in their onboarding and development
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the beauty retail sector

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desirable experience in retail or beauty sector
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency in verbal communication with customers and staff
- Physical capability to handle and apply beauty products on clients
- Demonstrated reliability and consistency in service delivery
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language
