Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain store security standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Be aware of special store events.
  • Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
  • Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
  • Designated consultants should have knowledge of cashier functions.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
  • Actively seek additional training when necessary.
  • Assist in training new consultants.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

Skills

Customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Logical reasoning. Ability to verbally communicate clearly with customers and staff. Operate point of sale, if enabled. Handle and apply products on customers. Availability and flexibility. Adherence to dress code. Consistent and reliable service.

Experience

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
