Sephora Sales Consultant position in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Full-time beauty retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients with enthusiasm while delivering cordial, specialized service
- Identify customer needs through consultative sales techniques and recommend appropriate beauty products
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate product benefits effectively to clients
- Operate point-of-sale systems and execute cashier functions as assigned
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in accordance with Sephora guidelines
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock quality control initiatives
- Contribute to loss prevention and stock management programs
- Actively monitor competitive market activity and industry trends
- Support new consultant training and onboarding
- Participate in My Sephora Learning training programs and pursue additional professional development as needed
- Maintain a pleasant, organized work environment and demonstrate respect for team members
- Uphold LVMH Group code of ethics and conduct at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and communication skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Ability to apply and demonstrate beauty products to clients
- Strong organizational and logical reasoning abilities
- Fluency in Portuguese (native or fluent); knowledge of a second language is desirable
