Sephora Sales Consultant position in Niterói, Brazil. Join our beauty retail team and deliver expert product consultation to clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm, providing specialized beauty consultation and product recommendations tailored to individual skincare and cosmetic needs
  • Communicate in-depth product knowledge to customers, staying current with beauty trends and industry innovations
  • Maintain store presentation standards including product displays, cleanliness, organization, and promotional messaging in line with Sephora concepts
  • Execute all store policies and procedures, including point-of-sale operations, inventory control, and loss prevention initiatives
  • Complete training modules via My Sephora Learning and actively pursue additional professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment by recognizing colleagues' efforts and supporting new consultant onboarding
  • Identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities while preserving service quality and brand presentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information and uphold the LVMH Code of Ethics and Conduct

Qualifications

  • Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or beauty industry experience
  • Proficiency in customer service, verbal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle beauty product applications
  • Fluent verbal communication in Portuguese with clients and colleagues
  • Flexible availability and ability to work varied retail hours
  • Commitment to dress code compliance and consistent, reliable performance

Experience
