Sephora is hiring a Sales Consultant II in Porto Alegre to identify customer needs and recommend products, promote store offerings and events, maintain inventory records, follow merchandise procedures and provide cashier support. The role is full-time and unlimited-term.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify customers’ needs through effective discovery and recommend products that address them.
- Consistently communicate Sephora’s product, service and event promotions, and stay informed about special in-store events.
- Complete spot and cycle counts promptly and keep inventory records up to date when required.
- Ensure merchandise receiving, transfer and return procedures are followed in the absence of the Administrative Supervisor or Stock Associate.
- Perform cashier duties when needed.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education or currently pursuing higher education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a senior sales role or a retail leadership position is preferred.
- Knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
- Dynamic profile and professional appearance.
