Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing friendly and specialized service
- Identify customer needs through consultative dialogue and recommend appropriate products to meet those requirements
- Transmit detailed product knowledge to customers and maintain awareness of market trends
- Participate as a motivated and productive team member, contributing to store operations and identifying improvement opportunities
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora standards and concepts
- Execute point-of-sale operations and handle cash procedures as assigned
- Apply and demonstrate products on clients as needed
- Monitor competitor activity and remain aware of special store events
- Complete stock quality control, contribute to loss prevention initiatives, and support operational cost reduction without compromising service standards
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional development as needed
- Uphold LVMH group code of ethics and conduct standards
- Ensure confidentiality of company information
