Sephora in Florianópolis seeks a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver expert beauty advice, manage store presentation and support daily retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers proactively, delivering personalised, expert product advice and demonstrations;
  • Assess customer needs through effective questioning and recommend product solutions to drive sales and loyalty;
  • Maintain exemplary store presentation standards, visual merchandising and cleanliness in line with Sephora concepts;
  • Operate the point-of-sale when authorised, ensure accurate transactions and uphold store cash-handling procedures;
  • Support stock management activities including inventory quality control and loss-prevention initiatives;
  • Complete assigned operational tasks promptly and follow Sephora policies, security procedures and LVMH code of conduct;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, complete My Sephora Learning trainings and help onboard new consultants;
  • Monitor market and competitor activity and contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer experience;
  • Protect customer and company confidentiality and contribute to a collaborative, respectful team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail, ideally with exposure to beauty or cosmetics;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional language skills desirable;
  • Strong customer-service orientation with proven communication and organisation skills;
  • Practical ability to apply and demonstrate beauty products on clients;
  • Availability and flexibility to work store hours and respect Sephora dress code.

Experience
