Sephora seeks Sales Consultant in Campinas, Brazil for retail beauty advisory and customer service in luxury selective distribution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm while providing specialized, courteous service
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and recommend products to address those needs
  • Communicate detailed product knowledge to customers and provide advisory support
  • Participate actively as a motivated and productive member of the store team
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards according to Sephora concepts and procedures
  • Execute point-of-sale operations and handle cash functions when authorized
  • Support inventory control and quality management activities
  • Identify store improvement opportunities and propose solutions collaboratively
  • Participate in loss prevention and shrinkage reduction programs
  • Complete all assigned tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Pursue specialized product knowledge and monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Complete My Sephora Learning training modules and support training of new consultants
  • Ensure confidentiality of all customer and company information
  • Adhere to LVMH Group ethics and conduct code and Sephora dress code standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or passion for the beauty industry
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Point-of-sale system proficiency or willingness to become proficient
  • Ability to handle and apply beauty products safely and professionally
