Sephora in Campinas (Shopping Iguatemi) seeks a Full‑Time Sales Consultant to advise clients, maintain store standards and drive beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers with enthusiasm, delivering personalised and expert beauty advice.
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and product demonstration; recommend solutions to drive conversion and basket value.
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness and presentation standards in line with Sephora concepts and campaigns.
- Execute store operational procedures including POS transactions, stock control, and security protocols.
- Complete required training modules on the My Sephora Learning platform and support onboarding of new consultants.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, propose in-store improvements and participate in loss-prevention and cost-control initiatives.
- Adhere to LVMH/Sephora code of conduct and ensure confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer‑centric communication skills with clear verbal expression.
- Organisational ability and logical reasoning to manage tasks accurately and promptly.
- Availability and schedule flexibility to meet retail hours and store needs.
- Professional presentation and adherence to the company dress code.

Entry-level role. Previous experience in retail or within the beauty sector is desirable but not mandatory; candidates with customer service exposure will be preferred.
