Sephora in Belo Horizonte (Shopping BH Boulevard) seeks a full‑time Sales Consultant to deliver beauty expertise and meet retail sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high‑quality customer service and build lasting client relationships on the sales floor.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate makeup, skincare and fragrance solutions.
- Demonstrate product application and share technical knowledge about makeup and skincare.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Contribute proactively to team objectives, store visual standards and promotional activities.
- Support stock replenishment and maintain merchandising standards to optimize product presentation.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
- Proven experience in retail sales with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of makeup and skincare is desirable and strongly preferred.
- Full availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centered approach.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales and meeting commercial targets is required; prior experience in beauty, cosmetics or skincare retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma (Ensino médio completo).
