Sephora São Paulo is hiring a Sales Consultant (Affirmative Action — Black Candidates) for the Pátio Higienópolis store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, perform needs-based consultations and recommend suitable beauty products.
- Deliver expert product demonstrations and application services (makeup/skincare) and communicate product knowledge clearly.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and cleanliness in accordance with Sephora standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale and participate in stock control, inventory quality checks and loss-prevention programmes.
- Complete assigned operational tasks rapidly and accurately while adhering to Sephora and LVMH policies and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training (My Sephora Learning), support onboarding of new consultants and pursue professional development.
- Contribute constructively to team performance, identify improvement opportunities and support store events or promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer-service orientation with strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions when trained/authorized.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Respect for company dress code and confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Desirable: prior retail experience and familiarity with beauty products; knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.

Entry-level position; prior retail and/or beauty experience is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate customer-facing aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; foreign language skills desirable.
