Sephora seeks a full-time Beauty Consultant for its Westfield Mokotów location in Warsaw. The role combines personalized product consultation, active sales, and customer relationship management to deliver an exceptional luxury beauty retail experience. The consultant will curate cosmetic recommendations based on individual client needs, drive sales targets, and maintain sophisticated product presentation standards across the store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and select cosmetic products tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through service excellence aligned with the Sephora Attitude
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and stock replenishment across the retail environment
- Deliver consultative service that reflects the brand's commitment to diversity and inclusion
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, cosmetic products, and current trends
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within team environments toward collective goals
- Proven sales or customer service experience
- Full availability, including scheduled work on 2-3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays
- Communicative English language proficiency (preferred)
- Makeup application experience (preferred)
