Sephora Stuttgart Corner seeks part-time Beauty Advisor (10h/week). Retail experience, beauty knowledge, and German/English fluency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and gather customer feedback to drive satisfaction
- Maintain and replenish inventory to ensure full stock availability on the sales floor
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain product presentation across all departments
- Process transactions at the point of sale and manage cash register operations
- Support beauty classes and short-service offerings across all departments
- Conduct product demonstrations and advise customers on beauty trends and product selection
- Perform inventory counts and warehouse stocking as scheduled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and merchandise displays
- Support merchandising conversions and promotional updates
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, basket size, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Retail experience or demonstrated interest in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or gastronomy sector
- Strong customer-facing communication abilities
- Knowledge of prestige beauty industry, brands, and current trends

- Reliability and organizational capability
- Fluency in English or native proficiency in German
