Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collect customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
- Support team productivity and engagement across all departments
- Monitor stock availability and execute efficient replenishment procedures
- Maintain compliance with operational routines and procedures
- Execute short-term services across all store departments
- Assist with beauty classes and customer education services
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications
- Maintain assortment accuracy and merchandise condition on the sales floor
- Ensure the sales floor remains fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean and maintain display furniture and products
- Manage warehouse operations and stock goods efficiently
- Support merchandising updates, conversions, and construction activities
- Conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Track and optimize key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, and average basket value
