Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise
- Adhere to Sephora operational procedures including gift policies and employee benefits
- Optimize functional tasks such as price audits, product deliveries, and promotional displays
- Organize and maintain reserve areas
- Contribute to shrinkage prevention and loss reduction initiatives
- Apply merchandising standards and guidelines
- Report facility anomalies and maintenance issues
- Welcome customers and provide directional assistance
- Handoff to Sales Consultants as needed
