Sephora Leipzig seeks part-time Sales Associate (10h/week) to deliver customer service and support retail operations in prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and actively seek customer feedback to drive satisfaction
- Maintain full stock levels across the sales floor and warehouse, conducting regular inventory checks
- Execute visual merchandising specifications and support conversion of merchandising displays
- Provide beauty consultations and recommend products across fragrances, makeup, skincare, and hair care categories
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash handling
- Support short beauty services and educational classes for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of sales floor furniture and products
- Track and optimize key retail performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, and average basket value
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Comply with established operational routines and company standards
Qualifications
- Fluent in English or native German language proficiency
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, and current industry trends

Skills
Experience
Beginner level or comparable experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or gastronomy sectors. Prior exposure to customer advising and retail environments is advantageous but not required.
