Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm, providing courteous and specialized service tailored to individual needs
- Assess customer requirements through consultative questioning and recommend appropriate products from Sephora's prestige beauty portfolio
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to customers and remain current with emerging market trends in cosmetics and fragrances
- Maintain store presentation standards consistent with Sephora visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
- Execute point-of-sale transactions when authorized and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate actively as a motivated team member in store operations, supporting colleagues and contributing to a pleasant work environment
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement loss-prevention initiatives
- Complete all assigned training modules via My Sephora Learning and assist in onboarding new consultants
- Observe competitor activity and monitor special store events
- Uphold LVMH code of ethics, confidentiality protocols, and security standards

- Clear verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Physical capability to handle, demonstrate, and apply beauty products to clients

Skills
Experience

Education
