Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Grandville, MI. $18-$20.50/hr, 15-29 hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and applications
- Monitor and maintain current trends in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and key performance indicators through engagement and recommendations
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging while fostering collaborative teamwork among colleagues
- Uphold Sephora standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service
