Sephora seeks Sales and Service Leader in Woodstock, GA. Lead teams, drive sales, and inspire excellence. Hourly, full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members to elevate performance
  • Support employee onboarding and continuous training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and empowerment where all team members feel valued
  • Execute flexible scheduling to meet peak retail operations during nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Uphold Sephora policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
  • Strong sales and client service background
