Sephora seeks Sales and Service Leader in Woodstock, GA. Lead teams, drive sales, and inspire excellence. Hourly, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members to elevate performance
- Support employee onboarding and continuous training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and empowerment where all team members feel valued
- Execute flexible scheduling to meet peak retail operations during nights, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold Sephora policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service background
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience

Education
