Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
- Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Support team development through ongoing feedback, coaching for growth, and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards

Qualifications
