Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and developmental support to elevate performance
- Drive store performance by engaging clients with expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
