Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized product recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members, supporting their growth and performance elevation
  • Support onboarding and continuous training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards maintenance
  • Foster an inclusive, open workplace culture where team members feel empowered and valued
  • Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Meet flexible scheduling requirements during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment

Experience
