Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
  • Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning in service excellence and product expertise
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives across loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operational duties including inventory management, visual merchandising, and upholding store standards
  • Foster a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members feel empowered and valued
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
