Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client service and modelling brand standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve product knowledge, service techniques and sales performance.
  • Drive store sales and KPIs through personalized client engagement, expert recommendations and effective conversion strategies.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring team completion of training modules and loyalty program education.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business demands, ensuring reliable coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritizes client experience and employee wellbeing.
  • Enforce company policies and safety standards to maintain a secure and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused service environment.

Experience
