Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand and safety standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives; deliver product, service and brand training.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable.
- Ensure scheduling reliability and coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments, with a proven record of coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrable retail sales and client service skills, including loyalty program knowledge and consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting product education to teams and clients.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties for extended periods.
