Sephora (Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT) seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader — hourly $24–$31/hr to lead store teams and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team through coaching, hands-on example and performance feedback to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales goals.
  • Drive sales performance by cultivating strong client engagement, delivering tailored product recommendations and maximizing loyalty program participation.
  • Coach for growth: identify development opportunities, support onboarding and provide ongoing training in service excellence, product knowledge and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, loss-prevention and maintaining company store standards.
  • Create an inclusive team environment that supports collaboration, punctuality and reliable coverage for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards to provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • Proven history of coaching and developing teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to present product information clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with flexible availability for peak hours.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
