Sephora Sales and Service Leader position in Troy, Michigan — lead teams and drive retail excellence at $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance
- Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where team members feel empowered
- Execute daily operations and uphold Sephora policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet required minimum number of weekly shifts and maintain consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills

- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, or service environment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Demonstrated success in coaching teams and driving sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
