Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales targets
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning
- Support employee onboarding and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard compliance
- Foster an inclusive, empowered workplace culture where all team members feel valued and motivated
- Maintain Sephora company policies and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment
