Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store team members by modelling exceptional client service and delivering coaching that improves individual and team performance.
- Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement, product recommendations, and mastery of brand and product knowledge.
- Coach for growth: provide ongoing feedback, formal and informal coaching, and support onboarding and development plans.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, store standards, visual merchandising, and loss-prevention practices.
- Support loyalty program enrollment and activation, ensuring personalised client experiences and follow-through on clienteling activities.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail tasks for a full shift.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment; 3+ years preferred. Demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales, and manage day-to-day store operations.
