Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours to achieve store performance targets.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to elevate product knowledge, service delivery and loyalty enrolment.
- Drive client engagement through personalised consultations, product recommendations and service excellence.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including training on product assortments, loyalty programs and brand activations.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensure compliance with Sephora policies to deliver a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (3 years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales through consultative service and product recommendations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment; 3 years preferred. Demonstrated history of coaching teams to meet sales and client-service objectives.
