Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Drive sales performance through client engagement, personalised recommendations, and product expertise.
- Coach, develop and provide regular feedback to team members; support onboarding and continuous learning.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support execution of brand initiatives, loyalty program enrollment, and promotional activity.
- Ensure reliable scheduling and team coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or service industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to meet sales and service targets.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and consultative selling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role driving sales and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or beauty-related certifications preferred.
