Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
- Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning
- Support onboarding and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
- Foster an inclusive, empowering culture where all team members feel valued and celebrated
- Execute daily retail operations while upholding Sephora policies and maintaining a safe shopping environment

Qualifications
