Sephora (Sawgrass Mills, Sunrise, FL) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time, hourly $24.00–$27.50, to lead the retail team and elevate client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and driving a client-first culture.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate performance and support career progression.
  • Drive sales performance through active client engagement, personalised recommendations and expert product knowledge.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining house standards.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including training on service excellence and loyalty programmes.
  • Manage flexible scheduling and ensure reliable attendance to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe, compliant and enjoyable shopping environment for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail, hospitality, or service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product education and feedback.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong client service and sales results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work standing for extended periods.
  • Availability for full-time hours (30–40 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
