Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower staff through ongoing feedback and developmental support to elevate team performance
- Drive store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
