Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team member performance and capabilities
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
- Foster an inclusive, empowering workplace culture where all team members feel valued and supported
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain safe, enjoyable shopping experiences

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
