Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate store staff, fostering a high-performing, client-focused team.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to improve service, product knowledge and sales performance.
- Drive store sales through proactive client engagement, personalized recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention protocols.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to ensure consistent service excellence and brand compliance.
- Maintain scheduling reliability; ensure coverage during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and uphold Sephora policies to deliver a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment (3 years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to reach sales and service targets.
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated client engagement and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and learning product expertise quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability to work required weekly shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment; 3 years preferred. Demonstrable track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management, hospitality, or related fields preferred.

This position is based in Sparks, Nevada, USA, within easy reach of Reno.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
