Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate store staff, fostering a high-performing, client-focused team.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to improve service, product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Drive store sales through proactive client engagement, personalized recommendations and loyalty program activation.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to ensure consistent service excellence and brand compliance.
  • Maintain scheduling reliability; ensure coverage during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and uphold Sephora policies to deliver a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment (3 years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to reach sales and service targets.
  • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated client engagement and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and learning product expertise quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible availability to work required weekly shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
