Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in South Saint Paul, MN. Full-time hourly role ($26–$30/hr) leading store team and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and coach the sales floor team to deliver exceptional client service and meet store sales targets.
- Drive client engagement through expert product recommendations, personalized consultations and loyalty program enrollment.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to elevate individual and team performance.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory activities, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping environment in line with company policies and standards.
- Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop front-line teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine store tasks.
- Flexible availability to meet required weekly shifts (30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment; 3+ years preferred. Demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or cosmetology preferred.

This position is based in South Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA, within easy reach of Minneapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 30 per hour.
