Sephora Sales and Service Leader position in Skokie, IL—lead teams, drive store performance, $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and foster growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
- Promote an inclusive, empowering culture where team members feel valued and supported
