Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Coach and mentor team members, providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance and capability
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives focused on service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
- Foster an inclusive, empowered team culture where all employees feel valued and supported
