Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve store sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through regular feedback, training and performance management.
- Drive client engagement via expert product recommendations, personalised service and loyalty program activation.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
- Contribute to scheduling, shift coverage and ensuring punctuality and reliability across the team.
- Foster an inclusive team environment that upholds company policies and promotes safety and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet sales and customer-service objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with strong client-focus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment; flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-service environment with a proven record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or beauty-related fields preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32.20 per hour.
