Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve store sales targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through regular feedback, training and performance management.
  • Drive client engagement via expert product recommendations, personalised service and loyalty program activation.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
  • Contribute to scheduling, shift coverage and ensuring punctuality and reliability across the team.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment that upholds company policies and promotes safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to meet sales and customer-service objectives.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment; flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
